TVFanatic.com: So is the ink dry, are you an official season five series regular?
Misha Collins: It is official. I received a letter in the mail. I think letters always make things official. I'm thrilled to be apart of it for next season. I'm thrilled I got the news early enough so I can find a new apartment in Vancoucer. I'm not going to be a regular in all the episodes like Jared and Jensen, but I'm definitely gonna be in for the season.

TVFanatic.com: What's it like joining a long running show with such an established fan base?
Misha: It's been great. I've been really surprised that I've been as welcomes into as well. I didn't even know this fan community existed. Some people are nervous about new people joining the show.They're nervous it's going to take away from Jared and Jensen's time. I think it's absurd. I think the show's core is always going to be about these two brothers and their relationship. I think my character is going to be there to help that storyline. Some people are so enthusiastic to have me on. it's been really cool. i thought i was only gonna do a few episodes. it's been a total surprise for me.

TVFanatic.com: With such critical fans, do you find yourself checking the internet to see their reactions?
Misha: No I'm not an internet guy. I don't google around. My mother will occasionally send me things. She enjoys trolling the internet. I'm not somebody who reads blogs. I barely have time to keep up with my email.

TVFanatic.com: What's it like working with Jensen and Jared?
Misha: It's great. I honestly couldn't ask for better co-workers. They work really hard. They always show up prepared. With a really good attitude. They're fun and funny and sarcastic and make the experience on the set enjoyable. We just laugh a lot. I've been on so many other sets where everyone is miserable. I'm really happy to be working on Supernatural.

TVFanatic.com: We've definitely seen Castiel grow as a character, where do you see him going?
Misha: I have no clue. I have feeling that Castiel at his core is a good angel. He's gonna end up serving Sam and Dean in some way. I don't know. That's just my educated guess. It's not like I've gotten a phone call from Eric Kripke, "Oh Misha, we've decided to make Castiel an astronaut next season."

TVFanatic.com: And now for the mandatory question, any Supernatural spoilers you can reveal?
Misha: Sam is gonna be wrestling with the BTs in the coming episodes as he goes through a little demon blood withdrawl. It's gonna be forced cold turkey withdrawl. It will drives a little wedge between him and Dean.

Traduction ! un peu tard mais bon, je traduis les dernières itvs, maintenant que je risque plus de me spoiler sur le finale de la saison...

TVFanatic : Alors, êtes-vous officiellement un régulier dans la saison 5 ?
Misha Collins : C’est officiel. J’ai reçu une lettre par la poste. Je pense que les lettres rendent toujours ce genre de choses officiel. Je suis ravi de participer à la nouvelle saison. Et d’avoir appris la nouvelle assez tôt pour pouvoir trouver un nouvel appartement à Vancouver. Je ne vais pas être un régulier dans tous les épisodes comme Jared et Jensen mais je serai sans aucun doute de la partie la saison prochaine.

qu’est-ce que ça fait de rejoindre une série en cours qui compte une communauté de fan aussi ancrée ?
C’est génial. J’ai vraiment été surpris d’avoir été autant le bienvenu. Je ne savais même pas que cette communauté de fans existait. Certaines personnes sont nerveuses au sujet des nouvelles recrues dans la série. Elles craignent que cela ne réduise le temps d’apparition de Jared et Jensen. Je pense que c’est absurde. Je pense que le coeur de la série reposera toujours sur les deux frères et leur relation. Je pense que mon personnage sera là pour aider cette intrigue. Certaines personnes sont enthousiastes de me voir dans la série. C’est super cool. Je pensais faire seulement quelques épisodes. C’était une surprise totale pour moi.

avec des fans tant critiques, vous surprenez-vous à surfer sur Internet pour voir leurs réactions ?
Non je ne suis pas très Internet. Je ne google pas. Ma mère m’envoie de temps en temps des choses. Elle adore fouiner sur Internet. Je ne suis pas quelqu’un qui lit les blogs. J’ai à peine le temps de regarder mes emails.

Comment c’est de travailler avec Jensen et Jared ?[ /b]
C’est génial. Honnêtement, je ne pouvais pas demander de meilleurs collègues. Ils travaillent très dur. Ils se présentent toujours préparés. Avec une très bonne attitude. Ils sont drôles, amusants et sarcastiques, et rendent l’expérience sur le plateau agréable. On rigole beaucoup. J’ai visité tellement de plateaux de tournage où les gens étaient malheureux. Je suis très heureux de travailler sur Supernatural.

[b]On a sans aucun doute vu Castiel grandir en tant que personnage, dans quelle direction le voyez-vous aller ?
Aucune idée. Je sens que Castiel est un ange bon au fond de lui. Il finira par servir Dean et Sam d’une manière ou d’une autre. Je ne sais pas. C’est juste mon opinion. Ce n’est pas comme si j’avai reçu un coup de fil d’Eric m’annonçant « Oh, Misha, on va faire de Castiel un astronaute la saison prochaine. »

Et maintenant la question rituelle, avez-vous des spoilers sur Supernatural ?
Sam va lutter contre son addiction dans les épisodes à venir car il subira une petite séance de désintoxication forcée. Ça conduira à un fossé entre lui et Dean.
